We offer a range of payment options to fit your needs. We accept the following forms of payment:

Credit and Debit Cards: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards for easy, secure payments.
Cash: We accept cash payments for those who prefer to settle their balances directly.
CareCredit: For your convenience, we partner with CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that allows you to pay for veterinary services over time with flexible financing options. You can apply for CareCredit online or at our hospital.

Pet Insurance

At Urban Pet Hospital, we work with a wide variety of pet insurance providers to help you manage the costs of your pet’s healthcare. Pet insurance can help cover unexpected medical expenses, making it easier to provide the best possible care for your furry friend.

We can assist you with submitting claims to your pet insurance provider, and we accept direct payment from insurance companies in many cases, reducing your out-of-pocket expenses at the time of service. Be sure to check with your insurance provider about specific details and coverage, as plans vary.

Payment Plans and Financial Assistance

We understand that veterinary care can be expensive, especially in urgent care situations. If you’re concerned about covering the cost of your pet’s treatment, please let us know. We can discuss options such as payment plans through CareCredit or assist you in finding other financial resources to help ease the burden.

Payment at Time of Service

Please note that payment is due at the time of service, and we kindly request that balances be settled promptly. If you’re using pet insurance, any balance not covered by your insurance will be due at the time of your pet’s visit. For those using CareCredit, financing options are available on the spot.
